AZIMUT Hotels supports the Moscow Half Marathon for the third time
On May 19, one of the main sport vents of the year, the Moscow Half Marathon 2019, will take place. The Half Marathon is held in Moscow since 2014, when 1,636 athletes ran the distances of 21 km and 10 km, and this year, according to organizers, already 25,000 runners are expected.
AZIMUT Hotel Smolenskaya Moscow will be the official hotel partner of the Moscow Half Marathon for the third time. This means that the hotel will again become a place of attraction for marathon runners from different countries. Half marathon participants are offered special hotel accommodation conditions for comfortable preparation: a 24-hour fitness room on the 20th floor, jogging trails around the hotel and a fitness menu.
By tradition, the team of AZIMUT Hotel Smolenskaya will take part in the corporate relay - four employees will compete for victory in the team distance of 21.1 km.
Representatives of AZIMUT hotels in Moscow will also join the runners at distances of 5, 10 and 21 km, and the head of AZIMUT Hotel Smolenskaya Moscow Mikhail Gitman will head the race: he will run a half-marathon distance of 21.1 km.
Exhibition and competition from AZIMUT
Annually before the half marathon a two-day exhibition is held, where athletes receive starting numbers, participant packages and get acquainted with the partners of the Moscow half-marathon. The hotel chain AZIMUT Hotels, led by AZIMUT Hotel Smolenskaya, will also become a participant in the exhibition space. At the AZIMUT stand, guests can take part in the competition and win an iPhone XR, as well as receive gift cards in the AZIMUT Bonus loyalty program.
To participate in the competition, you must take a photo at the AZIMUT stand and publish it on social networks by adding the hashtags #AZIMUTбегомжить and #azimuthotels. The details of the competition will be announced on the first day of EXPO, and the main prize of the iPhone XR, as well as additional airPods and Bits headphones, will be raffled on the first day of the race in the start-finish ground.
