This program is our way of acknowledging and thanking our most loyal guests with hotel benefits that will delight and enhance AZIMUT Hotels experience. No matter where you travel, you will receive special recognition, upgrades and amenities every time you stay with us. Thank you for choosing AZIMUT Hotels!

The membership terms and conditions:

Basic concepts

Program – is a loyalty program to encourage frequent guests of AZIMUT Hotels. It allows guests to earn money on their virtual accounts, get special discounts and additional privileges during their stay in AZIMUT Hotels.

Member – is the guest, AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty Program cardholder.

Membership card – is personal card that identifies the guest among the other members. It allows its owner to get discounts and special privileges. It has a unique identification number coincident with the guest's virtual account's number where bonuses for staying in the Hotel are accumulated.

Terms & Conditions

1. To join our Loyalty program fill in the special application form on the Hotel’s Reception

2. Guests who filled in the form at the Reception des will get the Membership card immediately.

3. Membership card is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

4. AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty program is valid in all hotels in Russian and Europe (discounts on accommodation and other hotel’s services are valid in European hotels, but AZIMUT points are not being accumulated).

5. Discounts on bars and resurants and additional services are being provided immediately after the issue of the card; discounts on accommodation are available from the next check-in in any AZIMUT Hotels.

6. Members of Loyalty program get discounts and accumulate bonus points (AZIMUT points, 1 AZIMUT point = 1 RUB) to their virtual accounts for each stay in AZIMUT Hotels.

7. To check your virtual balance please contact the reception or send your Name and membership number to loyalty@azimuthotels.com

8. We kindly ask you not to forget to show your personal membership card upon check-in in AZIMUT Hotels and specify card number while booking.

9. Moving from one level to the next, the number of services and benefits increase. Loyalty program members will be able to receive new loyalty card during their next accommodation in any of the AZIMUT Hotels in Russia.

10. Since June 2014 members of AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty program can exchange old type cards for new type Loyalty cards during check-in. New type loyalty cards are valid together with the old type loyalty cards; Guests’ Loyalty program status and accumulated points connected with old-type Loyalty cards keep safe during card exchange program.

11. To get discountd on accommodation the guest must be a registered member of Loyalty program staying in any AZIMUT Hotels based on direct booking Best Available Rate only, unless otherwise specifically stated as part of a promotion or special offer. Charges for stays prior to member’s enrollment in Program will not be eligible for retroactive credit.

12. Loyalty program discounts do not sum up with special offers discounts.

13. Discount on accommodation is given to the Loyalty program member provided that he personally pays for all charges (cash or card payment).

14. Discount on bars, restaurants and other additional services as well as special privileges are valid for any type of bookings except group accommodation and booking via travel agencies.

15. Program discounts and benefits can’t be enlarged for any group accommodation.

16. Program discounts are not valid for holding group banquets or for other group needs.

There are 4 membership tiers with different types of privileges:

  • AZIMUT Card
  • AZIMUT Silver Card
  • AZIMUT Gold Card
  • AZIMUT Platinum Card

Your membership level is determined by stay activity. Moving from one level to the next, the number of services provided to you and privileges increase.

Your status as a member of AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty program signifies your importance to us, and gives you assurance that you will always receive consistent and exemplary service.

There are several ways to become a AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty Program member. You can join at the front desk of any participating AZIMUT Hotels.

2) Why do I have to join a AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty Program?

The program allows you access to a wide range of benefits, including earning points and getting discounts for an accommodation and F&B.

3) What should I do if I lost my loyalty card?

You can request a new card at the reception desk in any AZIMUT Hotel or write an e-mail to: loyalty@azimuthotels.com

4) How can I earn AZIMUT points?

When you stay at AZIMUT Hotel you earn an equivalent amount of points for every RUB you spent on your room rate and other eligible room charges, including restaurant charges and room service.

7) May I lend my AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty card to another person?

Your AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty card is personal. You cannot sell the card or lend it to another person.

8) How long is my AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty card valid?

Your AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty card has not time-bound action.

9) How can I check my AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty card Points balance?

It`s easy. You just need to send a request to loyalty@azimuthotels.com with your card number and family name.

10) After staying at a hotel, how long will it take for my AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty Points to be credited to my account?

Your AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty Points are credited to your account within a maximum of 10 days for hotel stays, and 45 days for partner transactions. If your AZIMUT Hotels Loyalty Points have not been credited after that time, please send us details about your stay or transaction to loyalty@azimuthotels.com
